What we do
Emotional Health & Wellbeing groups
Early Break offers free ‘Emotional Health & Wellbeing’ sessions in Rochdale for young people aged 16-21 years called ‘Where’s Your Head At?’. The aim is to reduce the risks that a young person might take in relation to their emotional health and wellbeing and increase their resilience to work through emotional issues and improve self-care. We offer group work and one-to-one sessions.
Young people have access to a range of positive activities to address emotional health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, upcycling, mindfulness, holistic therapies, yoga, food for mood and laughter therapy.
The group meets every Tuesday 5-7pm at Early Break in Rochdale. Everyone is welcome. For more information, please call Early Break on 0161 723 3880 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
