This workshop is for young people aged 11 who are moving on to High School in September this year.

‍ ‍This workshop will support them understanding and processing:

·       What are transitions 

·       Transitions already undertaken

·       Preparing for high school 

·       Thoughts, feelings and problem solving

The session will be face to face and will be held at Early Break Office, 2nd Floor, Castle Building, Market Place, Bury, BL9 0LD.

There will be 2 sessions offered, so please pick the one that suits you best.
