Our head office is in Bury, but we deliver services across Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Trafford, Bolton, and Blackburn with Darwen.
We work flexibly from local offices in these areas and also provide support in schools, community venues, safe spaces, and out in the field, wherever young people and families need us most.

Depending on your needs and location, we offer both one-to-one and group-based support through the following services:
Advocacy: Confidential support for young people navigating substance misuse and related challenges
Community Outreach: Engaging young people where they are, in schools, youth clubs and local spaces
Sexual Health & Substance Use (MYNO): A joint service in Oldham supporting informed, safe choices
Holding Families & Holding Families Plus: Whole-family programmes for households affected by parental substance use
Emotional Health & Wellbeing: Our main landing page for a full range of emotional support services
RISE in Bury: Low-level emotional health support for ages 5–17
#Thrive (Rochdale): Support for young people with emerging emotional health needs
Closing The Gap (Rochdale): Mental health and wellbeing support for 16–25 year olds
Safe Zones (Bury & Rochdale): Short-term support for young people experiencing emotional crisis
Housing First: Specialist support for young people at risk of homelessness in Rochdale, Bury and Bolton
Pathfinder: Early intervention for 18–25 year olds at risk of housing instability in Oldham and Rochdale
Local Support Groups: Creative and therapeutic group work tailored to local needs and identities
Training for Professionals: CPD-accredited sessions on youth wellbeing, trauma, and substance use
Each service is free, confidential, and tailored to the needs of the individual or family.

Yes. We co-deliver services within Achieve (substance misuse), community justice programmes, and with CAMHS, local safeguarding boards, and education trusts.

Absolutely. Our reporting tools are flexible and built to meet the needs of different commissioners, whether for strategic planning or outcome evaluation.

All staff are enhanced DBS checked, fully trained, and supported through regular supervision and CPD.
