Emotional Health and Wellbeing
RISE, Face-to-Face
Support in Bury
What is RISE?
We believe in building Resilience through Information, Support and Empowerment; that’s what R.I.S.E stands for.
RISE is Early Break’s free emotional wellbeing drop-in service for children and young people aged 5 to 17 who are registered with a GP in Bury.
If you’re feeling anxious, low, angry, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, we’re here for you. You don’t need a referral or appointment, just come along to a drop-in day or get in touch.
“I felt more comfortable speaking to someone in person. RISE made it feel easy to open up.”

We Don’t Do It Alone
RISE is all about connection. If you want, we’ll work with the people around you, your parents, carers, friends, or trusted adults, to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
And if we’re not the right service for what you need, we’ll help you find one that is.
What Young People Say
“It’s not like school or a doctor’s appointment. I felt listened to, not judged. I learned how to talk about stuff I used to bottle up.”
